Working with Ben was a brilliant experience. Not only did we shoot in a lovely setting with gorgeous afternoon light, but Ben himself was a thoroughly enjoyable and talented photographer. Our aim was to explore the landscape around us and create shots which reflected the natural beauty, light and shadows of the gardens.
The golden hour is always a successful time to shoot, but nonetheless a photographer still needs to understand the light being cast, in order to achieve a powerful final result. Ben certainly did a wonderful job of exploiting our environment, and I would recommend him for any artistic project. Check out his Instagram @bencuskelly.
